Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, walk the building and hand you a written price covering every item. No site-visit fee, no deposit. If the number is not for you, that is the end of it.

I already have a compliance date. Am I too late?

No, and this matters: turning up to a hearing with permits filed and work underway changes the conversation entirely. Call rather than write if your date is inside two weeks.

Do I have to deal with the City myself?

No. We file the permits under our own licence, handle the department, and meet the inspector on site for the re-inspections.

What if my notice covers five different trades?

That is the normal case and the reason we exist. One company, one contract, one price. Plumbing, heating and electrical go to licensed partners on our permit and our schedule.

Are you going to sell my number?

No. We use it to look up the violation and arrange the visit. One call to book a time, not a drip campaign.
